I am not sure what you mean by all this. Greek, Latin and Aramaic are all separate languages. Greek and Latin are not descended from Aramaic. The latter is a Semitic language like Arabic or Hebrew; while Latin belongs to the western group of Indo-European languages. Aramaic was an official language in the Persian Empire, and was used by Christians as well as other people in that empire. Latin and Greek were official languages in the Roman Empire, and Christians in that empire used these languages. None of this seems surprising or mysterious to me.I know about the decree of King Cyrus -to declare the Aramaic language the State Language of the Great Persian Empire.
I do not know the laws of the Greek and Roman Empires announce the Greek and Latin languages as official languages of Greek and Roman Empires.
Even after the Christianization of the Hellenic world or Greek or Latin, could not be declared public, because Christ spoke in Aramaic and not in Latin and Greek.
It was the wrong and not logical way to speak dominantly on Greek and on Latin languages and not to speak dominantly on the native language of Christ – Aramaic.
