Hillary Clinton is Done

Agreed, but he has a pattern, it cannot be dismissed.

Many claims of rape are vague, many of these women have not had investigations because the women were threatened.
Have you heard Kathleen Willey's story? You do realize in 1992 she and her husband formed Virginia for Clinton?

You say you agree with me, but then go on to say the opposite. Clinton does not have a proven pattern of sexual abuse. He doesn't even have a proven occasion of sexual abuse. All he has is a list of names attached to unproven (and often wholly untested) allegations.

A large amount of not:-evidence does not magically transmogrify into evidence.

You then go on to defend your lack of evidence as actual evidence. I don't need excuses for why Clinton has never been found guilty of sexual assault. I need to see actual finding of guilt.

They are trying to punish Hillary for Bill's sexual transgressions, yet they gave David Vitter a standing ovation.........

Trump thinks that attacking Bill for his infidelity will be a winning strategy for him. I think it will work even less than it did for the GOP witchhunters in the 90s.

Particularly because Trump is on his third marriage now. His supporters won't care, but he certainly will have a hard time getting anyone else to take him seriously.

I think it will even have unexpected consequences: It can make Hillary look stronger for having suffered through an embarrassing and very public marriage issue. She already has the First Woman President going for her, and her experience in politics. Emphasizing this issue also adds things like emotional strength, and relating to other women's marriage issues.

She actually took her commitments seriously while Trump has a history of not even trying. Yeah, this should be a good strategy.

Bubba has alighted in NH. He's evidently not taking the bait. They're in a position that if Trump keeps it up, they will have to go after him. They know that when dealing with a bully, silence just encourages them. But they don't need or want the present debate to be on these terms. While the peanut gallery might be looking forward to Bill and his attack dog (Carville) giving us some good sound bytes, there's just no profit in battling Trump, right now.

I agree the number of claims doesn't make them true, but there is a proven pattern. Lewinsky, Flowers, both admitted and he settled with Jones. Know anyone with a pattern like that?
Willey and Broderick's allegations are exactly that and I acknowledge that. I only mentioned if you had seen Willey's accusation.

I'm not talking about sexual assault even though I personally think he is a predator, I'm talking about infidelity which is a question of his judgement. The kind of man that does what he does is on the low end of society.

I'd vote for Laura Bush for president. But she was certainly not a reason to vote for Dubya.

Same with Betty Ford. He was a waste of air, she actually got stuff done. Like sobering up and making it okay to talk about.

You didn't notice the give away did you "www.dailymail.com", that should have been enough to warn you. The Daily Mail is a very popular tabloid style sensationalism based newspaper over here that is just ever so slightly to the right of Ghengis Khan. It and its owners have consistently supported fascists and dictators for generations. Being pilloried by the Daily Mail should be seen as a mark of good character!

First Gentleman. A huge role. I'm certain many people have changed their votes on the basis of the prospective First Lady. ;)

well seeing as Hilldawg is promoting her "experience" as First Lady.... remember when they claimed "you get two for one"?

Awful.

And Bill is running for what, again?

I think there is no question that Bill will play a big role in a Hillary Clinton administration. Even back in 1992, they were telling people that they were going to be a package deal. Given his political skills, his connections, his knowledge, and his experience, I think he's going to be far more influential than anybody else in the administration (especially whoever the VP is). Bill might even end up being the main decision maker. He not only knows about all of Hillary's skeletons, but he might even dominate her emotionally and psychologically. That's probable in fact, given his personal charm and prodigious intellect. His philandering past may even make it more likely (I'm not a psychologist, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express a few weeks ago).

As for whether or not Bill's record of sexual harassment should be an issue, I'm agnostic on the question. He's probably too old and sickly to do anything so outrageous as to cause political problems, let alone national security problems. On the other hand, it sends a bad signal to sweep his past under the rug. If Bill Cosby can be prosecuted for sexual abuse that happened decades ago, surely we can feel queasy about putting a credibly accused rapist in the White House (and, yes, Juanita Broaddrick's accusation of rape is highly credible in my opinion).

Yeah, other then it's pretty much all wet dreams of Republican apologists. Oh your opinion is noted and duly discarded as one.

No president in history has had the level of scrutiny into his private life as he's had. So let's talk evidence and not opinion, k? Oh by talk, I don't mean bloviating on this forum, I'm talking about a court of law.
