No. In Italy, when called to a police station, it is de rigeur to take a lawyer with you. Even Albanian Kokomani knew that. OK, so Amanda being American may not have been aware, but middle-class Raff with overprotective father had no excuse.

I've broken the law. Today. And I did it deliberately. I also expect I will do the same tomorrow and the day after. I drove 63 MPH in a posted 55 zone. I also regularly sin. Unlike Saint Vixen. I don't really care about anyone's minor indiscretions, vices or foibles.

Personally, I'm much more offended by those that are cruel to others and engage in reckless and dishonest character assassinations.

It would take an idiot to say that shoe matches that print. There is only one aspect that is somewhat similar. Where is the cross pattern? I see NO ribs of the shoe that matches. Ooops. Another distortion. In fact, that is a partial of Rudy's shoe print.

No, it isn't. The word smell or a variation of it, is used 10 times in "Darkness Descending" and none of those mentions are related to Amanda Knox.

But let me help you out. It's once again Barbie "on a mission against the Seattle message machine" Nadeau who made this thing up for her own book "Angel Face" (page 55/kindle 609):

Carmignani, who knew all the cops by name, broke away from the gaggle on the roof and sauntered down to the crime scene. The police confided to him some observations that never got to court. For example, police said Amanda’s body odor contradicted her claim that she’d just showered; she smelled like sex.

I don't even try to find something in the testimony that "never got to court".
Just for the record: Italo Carmignani is a reporter for "Il Messaggero".

Wrong, wrong, wrong they wanted Filomena to come home and discover the burglary and maybe the body. But they had to be there to control the investigation and cover the smell of bleach. No that can't be right because they told her about the break in and there was no bleach smell in the cottage. Strange the crack ICSI didn't do luminol right away since there was no bleach or clean smell.

Of course they should have gone to Gubbio and waited for a text message or call.

The lines inside the heel are curved the opposite way from the picture of the print.

Did anyone testify that she owned such shoes? Girls notice that sort of trivial stuff.

Luminol won't highlight the bleach as it was not done within about ten hours. You recall Amanda and Raff delayed the body being found by up to sixteen hours.

Unless one of the perps really was one-legged and Rudy did indeed break the triple jump Olympic records, there is no other conclusion to be drawn than clean up (failed).

So, no. You have no proof. Either way it's just wild speculation.
