Hillary Clinton is Done

No. First is that this false narrative has been sold to the GOP base. The rest of us are not fooled.

One should endeavor not to get all of one's news from media matters

Americans of all political persuasions are coming to the sad realization that our First Lady -- a woman of undoubted talents who was a role model for many in her generation -- is a congenital liar.

Much as Bernie is right in his cause, I said before that the world crisis makes it a bad time to play with idealism. We need a President now more than ever that has expertise in the current world conflicts.

If this is your rationale for Clinton, then even you have to admit she fumbled the ball during this last debate.

Hillary uses 9/11 to excuse getting into bed with Corporate interests:

The 9/11 comment came in response to Sanders's attacks on her willingness to accept Wall Street donations.

"Where were we attacked? We were attacked in downtown Manhattan where Wall Street is," Clinton said, with a passion that almost suggested that the question was out of line. "I did spend a whole lot of time and effort helping them rebuild."

"That was good for New York. It was good for the economy and it was a way to rebuke the terrorists who had attacked our country," she added.

The answer did not rebut Sanders's point, that Clinton might be beholden to special interests because she has accepted millions from the financial industry. On Twitter and Facebook, the moment became the most-talked-about exchange of the debate - and not to her benefit.

Clinton "vehemently offers support for Wall Street as post-911 recovery effort. Does that fly?" former Obama adviser David Axelrod asked on Twitter.

It didn't help that during the event, a biting follow-up question came from social media. "I've never seen a candidate invoke 9/11 to justify millions of Wall Street donations until now," wrote Andy Grewal, a law professor at the University of Iowa.

hey, make sure you ignore this by calling it hatred or something.

Could you at least provide a link to the articles you're quoting. Common courtesy and all that.

Hey, make sure you ignore this by calling it some sort of logical fallacy or something.

The stunning thing is while Hillary was covering herself in 9/11 she seemed pissed off that people were asking her why she was taking the banks cash.

Man she is so *********** awful.

.... We're all going to cook like eggs on a Phoenix sidewalk in August thanks to her inability to pass an exam that over 50% of people pass the first time, not to mention graduates of the most prestigious and selective law school in the country. Thanks Hillary!

I did. You have not addressed either the original post or the two links you were provided?

:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I read the article in the Post. I don't disagree with much of it. I'm not getting moist with excitement that Billary (or Barack for that matter) are getting called on their cozy relationships with Wall Street and the banking industry, though, because I still think that Hillary Clinton, even a tad roughed up and pushed further to her left than she may have thought she'd be, is the candidate to mercilessly stomp the GOP in '16. That's my goal. If Hillary's the standard bearer with the best chance to do so, I'm going to support her.

The goal is to stop the Republican Party. Period. But, as I've said before, I'm not a fan of neo-con Democrats. My candidate (W.E.B. DuBois) isn't running. I'll support Bernie as the longer he stays alive, the more he re-introduces populist progressive themes. But when push comes to shove, I'm going to help the Dems carry Tucson, even if they don't carry the state (that won't happen for another three or four presidential elections) because the New Republican Party is mean.... in several definitions of mean.

Watching the videos of the debate, the hilarious/sad thing is that the *********** crowd starts cheering right after Hillary invokes 9/11 as an excuse to accept Wall Street donations. Further, her two opponents fail to call her on the ridiculous ********.

Hey O'Malley, you are getting slaughtered, stop running for Vice President ya dopey twerp.

Let's see, support the constituents in the state you represent?

Or invade a country that had nothing to do with it and totally screw up the aftermath to boot?

:eusa_think:

:eye-poppi wow, another complete non sequitor?

I think you meant: blame 9/11 for accepting millions of donations from Wall Street banks AND vote to invade a country that had nothing to do with it and totally screw up the aftermath to boot.

Oh Hillary, you are a National Treasure!

Hillary Clinton, Aspiring Marine Corp recruit, dodger of snipers, and 9/11 profiteer.:D:thumbsup:
