The ticket Amanda received is not a criminal citation. The ticket was given to Amanda because she was the one that came to door when a host was requested but IIRC they all chipped to pay the fine. There was no court case only a fine paid just as one pays a traffic ticket, a parking ticket or one of our red light camera tickets. The later are given to the owner of the car whether driving or not.

Because it's a cut and paste by Bongiorno whose last ditch strategy was to get Raff to save his own skin. Having saved his skin, due to her close acquaintance with Bruno, once himself charged with mafia connections, there was no way they could free him without annulling her.

Not that anyone cares or should but I was suspicious of the case against Amanda from day one. When I read that she told them what they knew to be true and the story was so bizarre, sex games etc. I was very skeptical of what the police were doing.

I don't recall CD ever expressing a belief in guilt but I'm sure if she did it will be provided forthwith.

I don't recall the meet-up in either of kids' books. I only asked if there was source because with long tired PGP assertion that they didn't get along, one would think they would mention it if true. I thought Raf detailed when he had scene Meredith.

First of all your straw man argument doesn't apply to me. I never said Amanda was a goody two shoes. And in the context of my posts it's quite clear that I was speaking from Rudy's perspective in your preposterous scenario, which would be two white students of apparently good standing are asking him to come along and rape and murder a girl for no reason, which will result in an investigation which I'm sure he couldn't see as ending well if the police come looking their way and he's the odd man out as the black immigrant recently arrested for serious crimes involving trespassing, holding stolen property from a recent break-in, and carrying a stolen knife.

According to eyewitness Koko, Rudy acted completely in Amanda's thrall as they played at cutting a birthday cake for a friend with a kitchen knife, whilst crouching behind the bins (which cctv cameras confirm were exactly where Koko said they were) and Raff chasing after him as he drove off.
