It's not that I can't respond to your nonsense, I mostly choose not to do it because it would be a waste of my time, and since you obviously have a screw loose, it wouldn't sink in because you're OBSESSED!

Seriously, from one stranger to another, you're on the verge of blowing a gasket, so get some other more relaxing hobby – no one takes you seriously anyway.

:)

His menses comments show surreal detachment. There is so little wheat for all the chaff.

There was a small amount of visible blood in the bathroom - despite the police's attempt to manipulate everyone into believing there was much. Of course Amanda is going to speculate about possible causes. And of course the last thing on most reasonable peoples' minds would be that someone had been murdered in the next room.

But normal people, in that situation - that includes knowing that Meredith would not leave menstrual blood and not clean, since that was something unacceptable to her and at odds with her behaviour - would start to get worried that someone could be injured.

However, Knox intended to tell a story where she was not worried, in no hurry, she took a shower and took her time.

Incidentally, and subconsciously, she felt the typical, psychological need of the guilty to "blame the victim" (of something that was likely at the root of the beginning of Meredith's dislike of Knox and subsequent building of some grudge).

Yes, it is preposterous mendacity and sophistry, unworthy of a response. But one has known for going on eight years that expecting something different from this particular source would be like going to a dog looking for a "quack." As with the only other remaining hardcore guilter still slouching across these pages, no citation or argument can pierce through the insanity.

Only recently the trial transcript in which Laura Mezzetti compared Ms. Knox and Ms. Kercher as equally uncleanly was referenced in this continuation. As with the Machiavelli entity's implication that Ms. Knox in her six weeks in Perugia had become a) a sort of prostitute, trading her body for drugs, and b) the hub of a drug ring with spokes presumably projecting into the Afghani heroin trade, it makes one dumber and more base for have waded into the stench of the lies and innuendo.

It is false that Laura ever called Kercher and Knox "equally" uncleanly.

The way Laura framed her memories, anyway, doesn't change a iota of what other better informed witnesses told.

Not exactly, this is not exactly Knox's story. In her letter she discovers the stain while still in the bathroom, in her police statements she discovers it even before the shower.
But anyway the point is, Knox was not living with "a sister", she was living with Meredith Kercher, and she perfectl knew that a certain behaviour wouldn't be normal for Meredith, it would be unacceptable to her.
Yet she portrayed it as if it would have been normal for Meredith, and this is false. She also built a narrative that included such not credible assumption that it would have been normal for Meredith, this means its inconsiscency propagates to her story, this also becomes one of the (many) elements that make her narrative of events become not credible.

Mach, I will share your perception of Knox with my sister. She will be interested in your thoughts. She is a psychiatric nurse.

What bilge. Where did you learn to over-psychologize things?

You are saying things no reputable professional would say after weeks of clinical interviews.

But hey, it's a chance to say something awful about Amanda Knox. You're obsessed.

Here's an article from sky news, apparently Lyle Kercher has weighed in to share his wisdom:

http://news.sky.com/story/1549146/kercher-brother-we-may-never-get-the-truth

Mr Kercher said: "While one can understand these as reason for such a decision, it does seem at odds with the apparent DNA evidence we had understood always linked the defendants to the scene."

It's not like Dr Peter Gill wouldn't take their phone call, and be happy to explain it to them over a cup of tea.

Just got caught up on my reading the last 10 pages of discussion
after a weekend of pumpin' surf and blazzin' sunshine, I'd wondered of The Kercher Family reaction,
thanks for sharing the link...

I'm author rank 3.2K for literary fiction, and 4.5K for Action and Adventure in amazon.com. That suits me just fine. My book was actually higher ranked than Amanda's one day. Comparisons are odious, but hers is non-fiction (in the loosest sense) and is ghost-written, as is Raff's.

Hi Vixen,
Are you an author of any of the books written about this murder case we discuss?
Just curious...
:)

This is not cinical psychology.

She knew that leaving menstrual blood around and not cleaning was the specific behaviour unnerving to Meredith, and of which she had complained with Knox since unacceptable to her. Thus she knew perfectly that it would be hardly attributable to Meredith as something "normal".

I'm sorry, but what are you talking about? When did Meredith discuss "leaving menstrual blood around" with Amanda? She didn't. They did discuss cleaning the toilet . . . but really, here is what happened:

  • Amanda didn't use the toilet brush after every use.
  • Meredith thought that was gross and mentioned it to her British friends.
  • Meredith and Amanda discussed it. Once. And then Amanda started using the toilet brush after every use.
  • Weeks later, when Amanda saw a smear of blood in their shared bathroom on the morning after Guede killed Meredith, she guessed that it might be menstrual blood and said so when asked why she wasn't immediately concerned.

And what does this have to do with "Knox's malice?" Amanda Knox had no malice toward Meredith. You've decided that she must have, because you've decided that she actually killed Meredith . . . but good god, man, take a step back and look at what cartwheels you have to turn to come up with any reason at all to think there was such a thing as "Knox's malice."

Better informed witnesses? How can there be any better than a house mate? Or is it because Laura's reply doesn't fit your bias Mach? Laura's reply to a question re housekeeping included that ( in her eyes) both Amanda AND Meredith sometimes, but rarely, cleaned the house!

Not exactly. My information is Meredith complained with British friends specifically of having found toilet paper stained with menstrual blood.
She did complain about Knox's toilet habits, but not only about using the toilet brush: she complained also about Knox not flushing the toilet even when she used it for her period.
These were the specific topics Meredith mentioned to her friends. The cleaning of bathroom over bathroom habits in general - not just toilet brush - and the specific theme of menstrual blood also mentioned.
In fact menstrual blood is not the only "dirty" theme involving Knox and that Knox talks about to blame somebody: the other is ◊◊◊◊. The English girls were stunned by the fact Knox emphasized the ◊◊◊◊ in the toilet so much that way, right because that was another theme in what Meredith had complained about with Knox.

And what does this have to do with "Knox's malice?" Amanda Knox had no malice toward Meredith. Of course it shows what being disingenuous means. But you are wrong: this is only one example, there is a series, a ton of Knox's statements that are disgusting and show some kind of "malice" (I say lying), they are really many and I can explain why for each one. And believe me this does not depend on the fact that I decided Knox is guilty: these just look very bad themselves. But not only Knox: Sollecito too. His story about the hand-pricking of Meredith, for example, is one of the most repugnant statements.

Oh, I get it now, Machiavelli isn't obsessed with Amanda, Machiavelli is overly obsessed with Meredith!

We are all very sad that Meredith was murdered by Guede, but taking you lost-love frustrations out on Amanda is INSANE (twice over!)

Machiavelli is obsessed about something. Today he was involved in a Twitter full court press, while posting here.

Machaveli is tweeting PortaPorta about Amanda protecting Guede and cocaine connection no blood tests, possibly ketamine... He's tweeting Mateo Renzi....too.

Just looked at some of the nonsense he is spewing. He is in full frenzy. I'm starting to worry about him.
