No, it's the truth. I really feel sorry for women who can't enjoy sex. It really is sad. But they almost all end up being bitter and very unhappy. Their disappointment in life is misdirected at the women who enjoy what life has to offer..

They just can't help themselves in hating the women who like sex. It's classic envy and jealousy. If they can't have fun, then no one else should. Women, far more often then men are the ones that end up calling other women sluts and tramps.

You're the one who seems determined to slut shame Amanda for having a boyfriend, maybe it's time to visit a health professional to deal with your issues about sex. They can do marvelous things to help. Maybe it's a physical problem.

It is a straw man. Your claim people hate Amanda "because she likes sex" is inane.

I don't see how people who abhor degenerate behaviour are the baddies.

Help me, please. In which way is immoral behaviour the better one? Political correctness gone mad.

Incidentally, the fact you champion promiscuity, doesn't actually make you a sex god or immune from impotence.

So there.

Whatever did Amanda do without you to come charging to her rescue? Have you compiled her defense for the upcoming serious charge of recidivist calunnia?

You seem to forget the obvious Vixen.

One, Amanda couldn't be extradited for this farce.

Two, due to time considerations, it is impossible for this to come to conclusion. That it will just end in limbo.

But hey, you can dream...right?

While the Italian judicial system may choose to let the aggravated continuous calunnia against the police charges simply expire through repeated continuations, their existence and however far they progress will be a consideration for the ECHR when it reviews Amanda's claims against Italy for her conviction for calunnia against Patrick Lumumba.

Yes, they did. Like Rudy, they got sentence reductions because of their youth. If they had opted for fast track, they, too would have got sixteen years. It was their choice not to. Sheesh.

Do you know ANYTHING about this case? Apparently not! Try studying next time.

Wrong, if they had opted for fast track i.e. opting for not defending themselves, they would have gotten "life" as the prosecution asked for, since the daytime isolation would have been their discount...

This case is loaded with language errors and cultural misperceptions. Would Amanda, having been in Italy 6 weeks, have even known the Italian word for bleach? Suppose she had bought a bottle of what she thought was laundry detergent and, when asked about buying bleach, denied it. (The Italian word for bleach is not "bleach". It is 'candeggiante' (whitner)).

There could have been an innocent misunderstanding. What is the probative value if she had denied it. It only has probative value if she had purchased bleach, understood it was bleach, understood what Napoleoni was asking about in Italian, and willfully lied about having known she purchased what she knew to be bleach.

Are you going to rely on Anna Donnino to straighten it out? All I could advise Amanda in a situation like that is "Duck". :p

Don't get me started. I'm thoroughly convinced that cultural and language issues have plagued this case from day one and only have multiplied since then. It has been an issue with countless articles to morons commenting only to realize that the info they based their stupid comment was not accurate because of Google translate or someone who needed to brush up on their English or Italian.

That's an interesting attitude... So in your mind it is better for an innocent to give up his/her right to defend him/herself at trial for the reduction of the sentence by chosing the "fast track", instead of "fighting" because the prosecution always wins?...

That's how the cookie crumbles in most countries. If you plead guilty straight away, you get a lesser sentence than someone who insists on dragging their victims into the witness box and wasting state time and money. The point of a trial is for your peers to assess the evidence and come to a verdict. It happens that sometimes they are misdirected by the judge, and that will be corrected on appeal. The merits hearing found the pair guilty, so their gamble in pleading 'not guilty', was a long shot that didn't pay off.

ETA Going fast track does not mean "evidence free". It still has to be properly judged.

Now tell us how you feel about the Hellmann appellate court, the two professors from Rome, and the Supreme Court :shy:

Hellmann was discretely put out to grass. Conti & Vecchiotti were closed down, with rotting cadavers lining their labs and as for the Fifth Bench...what seems to be the problem in bringing out the MR. <fx drums fingers>

Your narrative contains anachronisms since Amanda was safely ensconced in jail before bleach even became an issue in her case.

Bleach only became an issue AFTER Napoleoni and Donninoi had ground down on Amanda during the wee hours of Nov 6th, so those two dopes never would have thought to ask Amanda about bleach that night. This can be confirmed by checking the interrogation recordings from that night.:)

Bleach only became an issue when detectives searched Raffaele's apartment and claimed to have smelled bleach there, but it was only Lysoform detergent they smelled.

When they couldn't find incriminating DNA evidence against either Amanda or Raffaele in Meredith's bedroom, likely Stefanoni had informed the prosecution that bleach can destroy DNA, which then spawned all the subsequent nonsense about bleach receipts, and the such.

The prosecutors may have later questioned Amanda about bleach, but by that time Amanda had an attorney and she had long ago escaped undue pressure from Napoleoni and Donninoi in one of their inquisition rooms.

That's not an answer to my question. :boggled:

Help me, please. In which way is immoral behaviour the better one? Political correctness gone mad. You probably hero worship Monica Lewinski as some kinda feminist icon.

Incidentally, the fact you champion promiscuity, doesn't actually make you a sex god or immune from impotence.

So there.

Enjoing sex doesn't make you a degenerate. Abhoring others for enjoying it does make you a baddie in my book.

FYI: I don't worship Amanda or Monica or any human being. I do admire people who do not crawl back into the shadows because prissy, frigid sexless witches want them to.

Sex is not immoral. What I think is immoral is slut shaming misogynists who want women to feel ashamed of having a sexual thought.

So in other words, an entire range of professional Italian state officials from the bottom on up to the very highest level were wrong, corrupt, incompetent.....

As sentence is over five years, statute of limitations takes it to 2020. In fact, the verdict could be delivered by Tuesday.

By all accounts, Amanda didn't even know the English word for, "soap".:)

AIUI Wuintavalle's is designed as a supermarket, where you help yourself. ACE is manufactured in Romania, but it's not rocket science to guess what it is.

You wish.
