I had provided a link to another news source in the post right above Fudbucker. 'Retroactively classified', again. From Fudbucker's link:
No "secret" or above.

This repeated referral to retroactive classification aptly illustrates the desperate attempts of defenders to lesson the impact of the mishandling of classified material. While it is remotely possible that changing situations or conditions could result in this reclassification at a later date, it is more plausible that information gets declassified retroactively than the other way around. I can assure you that it is very unlikely this information was not classified at the time it was sent, but perhaps unmarked with a classification stamp. Of course, we don't know the reason for that. It couldn't possibly be that there was a home brewed server involved.
The reference above to what would happen to anyone who mishandled classified information like this would be prison. That is absolutely correct.
I dare say with what is known already, they would already be indicted and in custody already waiting for the hammer to drop. Why is Hillery still campaigning for POTUS? Now, here come the no facts defenders clinging to fantasy...
Wait, after a long, fact free conjecture filled rant in which you agree with an anonymous anecdote that is also not based on fact, you are actually going to say this? I wish I could do that exploding irony meter smily from Tapatalk.
ETA: Perhaps, if you followed your premise to it's logical conclusion, you might understand how wrong you are. Let me help: If someone did what you claim Clinton did, they would be indicted and in custody. Clinton is not indicted, in custody, nor even being investigated. Therefore, Clinton did not do what you are claiming she did.
You have read the multiple links provided where the FBI says she's not under investigation, right? Not investigated?
Yeah, they are just performing a forensic examination of her server and her emails for ***** and giggles.
Say, the good news is this time the freaking State Department did not release Top Secret data!
That is a big win for the Hillary supporters!

I did forget about the conspiracy theory angle, didn't I. Thanks for reminding me.Hehehehe! The reason she hasn't been indicted yet could not possibly be because she has friends in HIGH PLACES now could it?
You have read the multiple links provided where the FBI says she's not under investigation, right?
Oh, wait, I forgot, the facts don't matter when you don't like Clinton.
More conjecture? Well, if that's all you have...What did I say that was wrong? They are doing a forensic investigation of her emails on her cowboy server that included top secret data in emails in her inbox that she eventually gave to her lawyers.
Golly whiz, I wonder just who they are investigating?
In another email from January 2010, Clinton aide Cheryl Mills responds angrily to a New York Times story based on leaked classified cables sent by Karl Eikenberry, the U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan. "The leaking of classified material is a breach not only of trust, it is also a breach of the law," Mills wrote.
Clinton also expressed frustration with the State Department's treatment of certain ordinary documents as classified. After an aide noted the draft of innocuous remarks about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was on the State Department's classified messaging system, she responded, "It's a public statement! Just email it."
Sent a moment later, the statement merely said that U.S. and British officials would work together to promote peace. "Well that is certainly worthy of being top secret," Clinton responded sarcastically.
Clinton's use of a private email may have also created logistical problems communicating with State Department aides.
"Well its clearly a state vs outside email issue," wrote Abedin in August 2010, after another aide reported missing some messages from Clinton. "State has been trying to figure it out. So lj is getting all your emazils cause she's on her personal account too."
What did I say that was wrong? They are doing a forensic investigation of her emails on her cowboy server that included top secret data in emails in her inbox that she eventually gave to her lawyers.

Hillary did not like being bothered by little things like
classified" data:

Hmmm, Hillary just said she never knowingly received classified data on her email system. Hillary lied.
The people who sent her classified information to her inbox on her server that shouldn't have, because it was classified ? Duh ?

They never said that. You have read the multiple links provided where the FBI says she's not under investigation, right?
Are you having reading comprehension issues ? You even bolded the part that said the remarks were on the State Department's classified messaging system
Where does that quote say anything about her receiving classified data on her email system ???![]()
Are you serious? You are accusing me of reading comprehension issues?
Hillary says send me talking points.
Jacob Sullivan says they are on classified system.
Hillary tells Sullivan to email them to Hillary on her email address
Sullivan takes the data from the classified server and sends it to Hillary via Hillary's clintonemails.com address
Hillary makes a stupid sarcastic comment, and approves the revised draft.
This is so freaking basic, the fact that you insulted me leaves me utterly gobsmacked
Sent a moment later, the statement merely said that U.S. and British officials would work together to promote peace. "Well that is certainly worthy of being top secret," Clinton responded sarcastically.
Apparently I had the reading comprehension issues.
I am also having comprehension issues understanding how a statement "that U.S. and British officials would work together to promote peace." could possibly be top secret ?
Can you help explain that as well ?
INTERESTING! You mean like Huma Abedin who has been her right hand person for a decade and a half and is now a major player in her Campaign for President.
I see, we are going to be blaming Hillary's aides for sending secret information to Hillary's cowboy server that Hillary set up and told them to use!
The buck stops somewhere below Hillary. Nifty, very Presidential
Except for the classified draft talking points mentioned above that Hillary told Huma to send her that I mentioned above?
