It is utterly amazing that we know Hillary's server has classified information on it and that it has not been taken into possession of the United states Government and that Hillary has not voluntarily given it up.

You think the FBI would take YOUR word for it?

The FBI should seize the server TODAY.

Might wanna reread the Fourth Amendment first.

And who demanded the release of Clinton's emails, which according to you were classified by nature?

Republicans were demanding the release of her emails to the House select committee. I believe those guys have the security clearance to see those emails. In any case, it's possible that some of the classified information is now stale, but it might have been very sensitive at the time it was produced on Hillary's server. For example, her opinion of Vladimir Putin is hardly relevant now, but when she was Secretary of State, it was probably considered sensitive information.

That's a partial answer. In this very thread, at least 16.5, if not you, too, was demanding the public release of what you now claim is classified.

ETA: And the crowing about a criminal investigation into the State having done exactly what partisans demanded the State do is hilarious.

It wasn't just the Republicans, the State Department and FOIA requests did so too. A Judge ordered the emails produced in a FOIA case. The State Department produced documents pursuant to the order, the FBI realized that there classified intel in that production.

At the same time the IG audited a portion of the unreleased emails and discovered previously classified information that was mishandled by State, hence the referral.

I am sure that the good people at the FBI will give your excellent advice all the consideration that it is due.

“I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material,” Clinton said in March. “I’m certainly aware of the classified requirements and did not send classified material.”

just another proven lie, Hillary.

It is very much disputed as to whether there was classified information on it. Protip: Information classified after the fact doesn't count.

I have posted at least THREE TIMES that:

The intelligence IG said at least four emails in question "were classified when they were sent and are classified now,"
with links.
