Very impressive Google work. Now, maybe you can answer the question being avoided. What crimes has she been charged with.

Obstruction of justice, if they get her for destruction of evidence.
There doesn't need to be any further crime to nail her.

For mostly political reasons they won't charge her, but sadly it creates a special privileged class for politicians.

Eric Hoteham => ie H.R.C at home

You repeatedly ask this question as if it's some kind of "gotcha".

For one, she has not been charged, but she may be at some point.

To a lot of people, myself included, it is not important that she is charged with a crime. I want to know how sneaky and conniving she really is. Sure most politicians all lying scum, but she takes it to a whole new level. It is offensive how she seems to think that the American public are stupid enough to believe some of the crap that spews from her mouth (yes I despise Hillary, I freely admit it). She is a blatant liar and one of the most evasive politicians I've ever seen. I want it exposed.

I don't expect Republicans to be concerned about an actual crime, that requires evidence. They convict guilt using weasel words like sneaky and conniving. All things being equal, I'd prefer one who wasn't, but then I may never vote again. So I vote for someone most likely to inch towards the policies I support.

Normal investigations start with the discovery of a crime. This one started with a suspect and has yet to discover a crime.

The intentional withholding of government records is a crime.

5 USC 552 (FOIA).

http://www.justice.gov/oip/foia-guide-2004-edition-procedural-requirments

The Freedom of Information Act requires federal agencies to make their
records promptly available to any person who makes a proper request for them.

Eight years after the fact can not fit into the definition of promptly. By keeping them away from the National Archives and off State Department records, she violated the record keeping acts as well as FOIA requirements. Since her aide also used a clintonemail account, it can not be said that everything she sent went to a .gov account either.

I'm not a Republican. There are sneaky and conniving politicians, then there are the Clintons. I'm sure there are others on their level, but Hillary wants the presidency, and she's wanted it real bad for many years. My reasons for disliking her go way beyond the scope of this thread and span the entirety of her years in politics, and even before. I am biased against her because of this, as I admit frequently.

Not all investigations are criminal investigations, especially in government. I don't follow Benghazi closely, but it seems that tragedy is what is being investigated and Hillary has ended up in the center of that investigation.

ETA: This isn't the Benghazi thread but this email thing has everything to do with it.

You're having fun building strawmen I see. Nobody here is advocating taking away Hillary's rights to due process. Neither the 5th Amendment nor the 14th Amendment protect her from accusations on an internet forum.

There is no more Benghazi investigation. Only a Hilliary investigation.

In the mind of the Internet vigilante, there are no constitutional rights. I'd like to think people would view the constitution as a framework for thinking.

Which is cool, because that's as far as this is going to go.
That may be true, but isn't it sad that we have a segment of society that assigns guilt without, in their mind, allowing for due process. Of course we are all free to say, mostly, whatever **** pops into our little brains, but that doesn't mean we have to.

dj: What crime did Hillary commit?
regular poster: cite statute
dj: LOL, internet vigilante!
regular people: face palm

:confused::boggled:

Edit - Avid readers will see my words weren't quoted. Astute readers will know why.
Perhaps this is why?

DJ: What crimes has Clinton been charged with?
"Regular poster": None, but I just know she's guilty!
Everyone else: If she's guilty, why hasn't she been charged?
"Regular poster": Because there is a conspiracy at the highest levels of government to protect her!
Everyone else: So this is a conspiracy theory? Ok....

Federal Judge Hammer State Department on FOIA issues.

A federal judge hammered the State department for their extraordinary delay in responding to FOIA requests, including those seeking Hillary's emails relating to Huma's preferential employment status.

"A federal judge is lashing out at the State Department for delaying for years in providing responses to Associated Press Freedom of Information Act requests seeking records about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's schedules and her top staffers."
