If you desperately need an asteroid to approach us specifically on 23rd of September, you'll have to wait until 2054 when asteroid 2007 TD comes by. (Remember that name, it's important!) ...

Oy! Did she say a Blood Moon on Sept 28? I don't feel like watching again but google tells me that the Blood Moon is on the 13th, a lunar eclipse is on the 28th.
