When we were in crowded places he stole their bags,” Barrow testified, according to excerpts of his evidence printed in the Italian press."

The court gave Momi's testimony scant credence.

Christopher Jeffries had no suspicion hanging over him at all from his past - not so much as a parking ticket in his entire life! And you're comparing him with Guede? Priceless? Mr Jeffries DNA wasn't found inside Yeates' body, nor any physical evidence connecting him to the crime - like Amanda Knox.

Vincent Tabak, Yeates' killer, on the other hand, as it was revealed, had all manner of problems. Tabak and Guede have some considerable synonymity. As do Mr Jeffries and Amanda.

He didn't break into the nursery. He either was let in or had a key.

He wasn't identified by CT just as the kids weren't identified by Curatolo. CT after seeing Rudi"s picture said it could have been Rudi in his place.

Living next or near a burglary is not evidence, period. You have not even shown to date there was a burglary there.

Poor poor Rudy. Everyone is trying to demonize the young saint. Unlike the unsavory students who spent their days studying and working like Amanda. Rudy was spending his days stealing handbags and his nights breaking into homes and businesses.

Poor poor Rudy. We just don't understand the lad. Those weren't really his shoe and palm prints in Meredith's blood. Oh I forgot, they were. Of course, he had a date with Meredith that evening. Of course he fingered Meredith with her consent. Of course, he was on the toilet listening to his music taking a dump while his new paramour was in the bedroom being murdered by someone he didn't recognize.

Poor poor Rudy who didn't know what to do after Mez's bizarre murder so he went dancing.

We just don't understand the young man.

Good grief! Even I can't prove I'm not an Italian citizen. It says British on my documents of course, just like it says Ivory Coast on Guede's.

The better way for you to approach this, if you wish to argue the point is to produce the evidence of citizenship yourself. Not that it's going to help you with the question of guilt or innocence much.

I'm just slightly perplexed by the idea of a document which could prove that someone isn't a citizen of a country. Not aware of such a thing.

If somebody comes forward as an eye witness, it is in the public interest to hear them. The court is quite capable of assessing its worth. Christian T OTOH wasn't an eye witness, it was all hearsay, which is not of interest in a court of law.

Momi had direct witness of Rudy. CT decided that perhaps the guy who he claims broke in holding a knife was Rudy. The judge barred him. Judges tend to be very good at spotting false testimony.
 
From Massei - Tramontano declared that he believed he recognised that the thief was Rudy when he saw his picture published in the newspapers.

Little short of ID.

Oh, you're saying that Rudy wasn't inside the nursery without the owners consent? Or that he didn't have the stolen laptop and phone from the law office? He was convicted of posessing those stolen items.

Would you disagree that water is wet and fire is hot?

CT wasn't hearsay. CT saw what he saw but he wasn't sure it was it was Rudi.

I don't think you know what hearsay is.

Yes, they ignored anything that incriminated Rudy because they were trying to burn the American witch and her "knife boy" sex slave and needed the un cross examined accusations and lies of Rudy to frame to the two innocents(who have been shown to be innocent).
Vixen must be mignini: he is trying to whitewash Rudy like all the other guilters, the PQ, andrea, Chelsea, Celene, etc, crowd.
Although everyone knows that all the whitewash in the world will not wash Merdiths blood off of the hands of Rudy Guede, Vixen needs to protect "Poor Poor Rudy" to resurrect the now proven falsehood that Rudy needed anyone to help him murder "poor, poor Meredith".
These falsehoods are sooooooooooooooo history
