Where's the bear? You promised a bear.
But in truth Anglo, Vixen is NOT seeking enlightenment, but trolling and engaging in mental masturbation. And like all forms of masturbation, it may be enjoyable to a degree but is never truly fulfilling.
Sometimes it is wiser to just walk away.
The problem is you've been fed outright lies like the above. I don't know where this one originates from, probably the ballerina stalker guy's site that you admitted to reading.
Too much reading of biased weirdo webpages, too little of actual court documents. That's why your picture of the case is so grotesquely distorted.
Two aspects that I want to add to your summary of what occurred above are as follows.
The lights were off when Rudi entered through Filomena's window sometime between 8:30 and 9 pm. Her room was dark. I believe he passed through the dark bedroom very quickly to go into the living area to scout the flat, without turning on a light in her room. He probably intended to return soon to the room to search it. He did not then rummage through Filomena's bedstand drawer or elsewhere in her room as he past through. He did not in the dark see or collect valuable items then, such as Filomena's laptop. Because Meredith came home, Rudi never got to collect valuables in the dark bedroom.
Secondly, I believe he was in the bathroom taking his time, listening to music (his account), when he heard the front door open and someone enter. Frightened, not knowing at first how many people had just come home, Rudi would have instantly pulled out his knife and had it ready to jab if anyone walked in on him in the bathroom. He quietly rose from the toilet and secured his pants. Not hearing conversation, he would have assumed that whoever had just entered was one person alone. He had his knife in hand when he a few minutes later snuck out of the bathroom to go for the front door.
It appears Rudi had a pattern when he burglarized a vacant place of taking his time, making himself at home, raiding the kitchen for food. He seems not to have been in any hurry to leave. (It was reported that the burglar who broke into the lawyers' office by throwing a rock through the second-story window and then climbing in arranged together several pieces of broken window glass on a table, as if assembling a puzzle. Strange behavior for a burglar in the middle if a burglary. He also ate food from the lawyers' refrigerator.)
If there is more than one perp, it means others are roaming free.
Nope. She'll clear herself. It will be very embarrassing for Italy. But watch out when it happens. Italy will claim it has changed since the Knox trial, that mistakes were made which are no longer possible, that the police now behave according to properly formulated policy etc etc.
There were five bloodstained cards and papers scattered about, revealing at least two different footprints, not Kercher's. The one found in Filomena's room was not Rudy's footprint. In fact, nothing at all of Rudy was found in the burglary room.
In addition, two DNA mixtures fo Amanda & Mez were transported from the murder room to the burglary room. As Amanda didnot step into the murder room when Luca broke the door down, and anyway, the blood would have been long dry, the question has to be asked, how did it get there, if Amanda was not there?
I'm going on record with a prediction that cassation will annul the conviction for calunnia in its motivation report due in June 2015.
I don't know if there is any precedent, except I think cassation can basically do anything they want, and the over whelming and final acquittals suggests to me they want this case done and done - not bouncing back from the ECHR to make them look foolish all over again.
So laugh it up Paliaccho's, I'm on the record again, ahead of the curve, and around the bend! Not even Bill W can hold me back!

There was blood and the greatest DNA forensic scientist in the world couldn't find theneededdonors DNA?
Did she use the same methodology on that sample as she did on the knife?
How many pg of material was in the blood sample?
Did she use it all up?
Did she preserve it properly did she use a container made in the USA that caused it to spoil?
I would think that if she didn't preform the same heroic breakthrough science on the blood spot as the knife that that should be a problem for her.
Wonder if it could still be tested. Maybe it's in a garage somewhere.
IIRC Rudy did say the light was dim in Mez' room. Possibly the reason the fingerprints free lamp was brought in from Amanda's room to stage a rape scene later.

Nope. But you're on the record.
I'm sure they now wish the calunnia verdict had not been finalised, but I'm afraid they cannot do what you predict.
The only thing that rings true is that Toto was on his bench at some time during the evening. But you cannot infer, as you do, from that piece of information, that his account is plausible. You have been given substantial evidence to demonstrate the unreliability of Toto's account.
In the UK, remember, his evidence would never have been heard at trial. He never picked Amanda and Raffaele from a lineup or from fairly presented photographs of alternatives. Nor does his testimony put Amanda and Raffaele at the cottage anyway. His evidence is as contaminated as Stefanoni's lab.
I don't think the Marasca court can, because the Chieffi court was part of the same process. A new ISC probably can, though.
The problem with DNA testing is that in organic matter, DNA is broken down quite quickly by bacteria. Rudy's faeces could not be tested for DNA for this reason, and came from the toilet paper, probably from skin cells.
Hair is dead matter anyway, so unless you can obtain a recently live follicle, it is not unusual to not obtain DNA.
The only thing that tested positive for blood in FR's room was the spot of blood on the window sill. Even Rinaldi could not match the shoe prints on the card and paper (which appear to be dirty, not bloody prints) to RG, AK or RS. My guess is that it is FR's prints from when she was allowed in there to roam around before the scene was secured. Rudy has admitted being in FR's room as well as leaning out the window. Amanda lived in the house, her DNA could be anywhere on the floor and may even have been brought in there by the forensic folks (have you seen the bloody, dirty bottoms of their shoe coverings (that they failed to change from one room to another)?
ETA: There were no foot prints at all found in FR's room, just a blob and some shoe prints.
