No that is a picture of him (I presume) with some stuff painted on with Paint or Photoshop. It is not an actual hat.

I take it from his words, that he has an actual hat (or more even). I would like to see a photo of that. Just to see how the real thing looks like.

There are another figures that not 95% but 84% of people after losing weight by using thousands of different diets that have created by professional nutritionists regain it and even more overweight after 1 - 2 years.
It is a bad result too of last 50 years work of thousands professionals and many billions of investment in this great problem.
7 steps of my lifestyle will solve this problem for 95% - 99% of people with overweight.

Take Torah in English and calculate how many Shabbatons and how many the days of creative work (Hamlaha) in a year has a man.You will see the equal balance +- 1-2 days.
My hypothesis that it is the Commandment of Commandments of the Book of Book because its implementation gives enough and needful conditions to achieve the maximal intellectual and spiritual comfort.

To make the statistical asking I have asked all you - How many hours of your current work in a year is enough to keep for sure your current professional level?
Unfortunately I did not get the answers.
My point of view that 300 - 400 hours of their current work in a year is enough to the most of employees for this.

It means that your current lifestyle is a big barrier for one of your existential values - the maximal ability to increase your professional level.
According my project you can work for example 52 weeks on your working place and 52 weeks you will have a creative vacation to increase your professional level.
And not only you will have those abilities but every other person too

I ask you also. If you are for a year out of your current work how many days you need to restore your professional level?
