Continuation Part 14: Amanda Knox/Raffaele Sollecito

Police sources released the bank statements. It was about €300- every few days, over and on top of rent.

Okay, last one, I promise.

Let's see... meals, coffee, drinks, entertainment, some phone minutes, maybe pitch in for some gas for Raffaele's car, some chocolate, maybe a new topor a new purse, school books and supplies, a quick couple of runs to the store for household supplies, laundry soap to pitch in, etc. not much room for drugs in that budget. Musta been some very, very cheap drugs. Hell, a new thing of mascara is damn near 10 bucks, if not more.

The same court ppl here have said is thoroughly corrupt.

I would say people here have said the over system is dysfunctional and the police and prosecutors are perhaps corrupt. Many here definitely think the latter.

The PGP only complain when a not guilty verdict comes out.

The Italian judicial system sucks even if they got to the right verdict after 8 years.

Amanda was charged with transporting a knife, so presumably the courts agreed there was probable cause.

In 2007 in Perugia, with cronies serving as judges, Mignini could get away with charging a ham sandwich. And to back him up, Stefanoni would have found DNA on it.

its gonna do, what its gonna do.

I personally think that Vixen is a sock puppet for Mach, or maybe selene, or Skeptical, or even harry rag.
Its style suggests that it is evil reincarnation of Mach, because I remember that Mach used to make outrageously insulting accusations about the conduct of AK and RS and their relationship with Rudy. There was no logical basis for making these statements, but they were made ONLY to insult AK and RS.
This Mach sock puppet is not interested in logical discourse or discussion: Its real aim is to insult and present false and unsubstantiated BS in the only forum that remains.
The only reason that Vixen is here is because there are no more news comments sections or PMF for him to make his intentionally false accusations and nonsense factoids that we have come to recognize over the last seven years.
If we are not responding to the haters in comment sections, why are we giving them a sanctuary here?
I think that we should ignore it, or get rid of it, or shun it.

Did anyone else see Vixen's new signature in red, at the bottom of post #4944 a few comments up thread:

"John 8 44* *a*[The Devil] was a murderer from the beginning, andb*does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. *c*When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies."
Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winner!

I came across a type of "Lucifer" account on twitter trying to use malware, after being threatened by a guilter nutjob.

I'll bet this is the same character. I smell HarryRag. But I have to admire the subterfuge. Well done, whoever you are. I think you won the imitation game. Care to come clean now?
I guess the important point, is that like Rudy Guede, its gonna do, what its gonna do.

Amanda and Raff were drug tested...

They weren't large sums of money. Not even close. Money is relevant, I probably spend 3 or 4 times that when I'm traveling. And I don't even drink alcohol. And there is no evidence that Amanda had or has a drug habit. No drug tests, no eyewitnesses in Italy or the US. Why is it you would rather talk about innuendo instead of the fscts? Is it because the facts don't support your preconceived ideas?

The police did not test any of them for drugs.<snip>

HUH?!?

We discussed this many years ago...
Here's a reply of mine to a pro-guiltoid,
and a few Innocentisti,
from waaaay back in 2011,
in the 3rd Continuation of this thread,
whilst Amanda + Raff were still in prison for a crime they did not commit:

Hi Rolfe, RoseMontague, and Dan O,
Here is the info that I have:
Page 162 Angel Face, Author: Barbie Nadeau

"As for Amanda and Raf, when they were finally arrested, on November 6, only the slightest unidentifiable trace of narcotics was found through hair samples - not even enough to identify the substance."

Bolding by me.
Whack a mole? You're not kdding, Dan O!
See ya,
RW

* * *
Gotta catch up on your readin, Vixen!
Otherwise we here will just keep on whackin' that mole,
just like Brenda likes to do on the Santa Monica Pier, hahaha...

Psychotropic drugs, for example, LSD, are not readily visible in the bloodstream or hair? As for cannabis, the pair admitted it. Some cannabis is extremely strong and sometimes laced with THC or even acid. When you buy any drug from a dealer you are recklessly taking a chance, for you don't know what it's been cut with.

Are you seriously suggesting the kids were drug free, except perhaps for a toke on a joint?

PS One policeman did say Amanda had body odour typical of a cocaine user.
She was consorting with a cocaine dealer.

After the murder, both Raf and Amanda avowed never to take drugs again.

I missed this odor allegation earlier by the policeman. I didn't see it headlined in the "Aliens kidnapped me and held me on Mars" tabloid at my neighborhood grocery store. Did it make the British tabloids?

Vixen, the odor that Amanda emitted was not of cocaine. Amanda is from Seattle. All Seattle girls smell of salmon!

These are exactly the sorts of fantasies that get promulgated on the anti-Amanda Knox cult sites you claim never to visit. Your recent effusion of posts, cheerfully leading posters here on a wild goose chase as they try to pin you down, is also characteristic of the style of longtime habitués of those sites.

In short, your mask is slipping, accompanied by your credibility.

How many keys to the downstairs flat were there? Can we be certain the keys on the hook or key rack were those that Meredith had? Why were they initially claimed to have been found in Amanda's room, IIUC?

The person that found the keys was assigned to search Amanda's room and found the keys as they were leaving. The reporter simply made a mistaken assumption when they reported from the publicly available documentation in the case file.

It's like someone here has a second membership and is doing the full PGP monty. It's like a quiz and we being graded on knocking down each of the specious points made by the PGP since the start. Even some they have generally discarded.

What is missing is any specific theory of how the crime was committed by the three. How they got together. Why no one has "come clean" not even poor Rudi? How the kids went back and forth between the plaza and the cottage.

So I'd like to suggest people that want, put her on ignore and those that wish to battle on, either don't quote her or put the quote under a spoiler. I'll try to practice what I preach.

It's only my theory.

No, it's a wild fantasy not backed up by a shred of evidence.

In contrast to the ironclad case convicting 2 boys in the murder of Cassie Jo Stoddart. In that case, you have clear confessions from both suspects plus a video tape of the two of them discussing their plans to commit the murder as well as the bloody knives, masks and clothes.

Also Adamcik and Draper were a couple of teenage classmates that knew each other for a couple of years. Amanda and Raffaele knew each other a total of 8 days. And instead of watching a horror movie that night they watched the French rom-com Amelie. Not exactly the kind of movie to whip you into a homicidal frenzy

Can this same camera-tracking technique be used to track the camera (and be used to I.D. its owner?) that took other photos such as the pink bathroom photos or photos of Amanda in Capanne Prison that were given to tabloids? Suppose it could, and it turns out to belong to officer N or prosecutor M. That would be worth knowing.

I am sure, for starters, that it would require that the specific camera used is a model that attaches an identifier in the digital image file and that the image file is then searchable on a public-access image site such as Flicker or TinEye.

Once the camera is identified, additional searches for other photos taken by the same camera might locate photos (with name or personal identifying details) that the owner/user has posted on Flicker and similar sites.

The photo of the pink bathroom that was published (not to be confused with the photo of the pink bathroom that was entered into the police case file) did not contain the required metadata. For that, you would need to contact the distributor that sold the photo to the press. But they should already know who assigned the rights to the photo to them. If it hasn't come out by now then they are protecting their source so you will need a court order and a strong case to get the name that way.

Instead, we have the photo of the perp taking the photo of the pink bathroom:

(Hey, is that Amanda's camera?)

Heya Dan O.,
If I do not log in,
I can not see your pix that you present.

So I just logged in, ok.
But I'd betcha others too didn't log in...

My suggestion,
build a gallery here on The ISF and add your pix there, as I do,
and copy the BB Code from the bottom of your image and paste it,
it then shows the photograph without havin' to log in...
Keep on keepin' on! :)

Romanelli in both phone calls urged Amanda to call Mez and then the police.

No, only in the third phone call @ 12.34pm did she say call the police.

http://www.amandaknoxcase.com/amanda-knox-behavior-myths/

p66-67

Maori: Let’s now talk about the last phone call.
Romanelli: Yes.
Maori: It was you who told Amanda “Call the Carabinieri”?
Romanelli: I told her a lot of times to call the Carabinieri, to call the Police.
Maori: You said, “call the Carabinieri or “call the Police”?
Romanelli: Both.
Maori: The first version you said?
Romanelli: Call the Carabinieri.
Maori: And what did Amanda say?
Romanelli: I also said “call the fire department”, call everbody.
Judge Massei: And what did Amanda answer, the lawyer is asking, if you remember it?
Romanelli: Yes, I remember that Amanda said, ” Yes, yes, all right”.

There was a human interaction on Raffaele's computer at his apartment at either 12.18pm or 12.26pm so they'd only just got to the cottage by 12.34pm and immediately called Filomena after discovering the broken window.
