There is no evidence of any credible sort that the kids had anything but pot and alcohol; the same as Mez except she drank more and hard alcohol.

This is utter nonsense. First you have to establish the fact if you wish to go on and build a case based on it. The transportation of the knife idea is so bizarre. Why a knife of that size? A naked blade carried in a bag? She was in a habit of carrying it? The charge was on the sheet because they had to get the knife the cops pulled from the drawer to the flat. There's no evidence for it.

As for the creative writing story - presumably you are referring to the rape story, which was set as an assignment which her classmates also completed.

Mignini allegedly told Giallo that he could not say if Knox knew drug dealers - but wrote down their names for the paper's reporter.
