Hillary Clinton is Done

'Cause their lazy? Perhaps they also write "should of?" Sometimes people just got bad grammar and don't actually mean an insult by it. And seriously, what kind of insult is "Democrat," supposed to be anyway?

So your defense is that he didn't do it to be insulting, he did it because he is exceptionally stupid. OK. Works for me.
:D

............
Off topic. I thought I was pretty good at passive aggressive until I read this thread. I am just a piker.

Republican is the correct thing to call a member of the Republican party. You wouldn't call a member of the Democratic party a "Democratic" would you? It's just the form of the word. And if people started calling Republicans, "Republics," so what? I can't see how it would be a big deal. Over the years I've been on this forum, I've seen people get all up in arms about such a small thing. I forget who still has this kind of silliness in their signature . . .
If it's a small thing one only has to do it right and the argument is over.

When the mistake is yours, it does not matter how trivial you may think it is. It's simply stupid and crazy to defend it.

Re: OP:

Hillary's not nearly done - there are still republickers out there in office,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Has the Republican party always fabricated conspiracy theories, or was this something they started to do with Bill Clinton?

Here's the thing.

This is a flat out insult. How many republickers even mention this kind of thing, which is rampant on this board? Zero as far as I can see. What's stupid and crazy hypocritical is whining about the use of "Democrat,"

I am going to agree with xjx388. There is absolutely no need to refer to Republicans as republickers. Both parties get capital letters, both parties are referred to by their correct names. We are on a site that promotes critical thinking. Name calling has no place here. Let's act like adults by speaking to each other in a civil manner no matter how emotional the topic.

The Democratic Party is composed of democrats.
The Republican Party is composed of republicans.

People who cannot rise to that level of discourse need to excuse themselves from this message board.

Democrat and Republican, as in members of the respective political parties, are capitalized.

Small-d democrat is someone who supports democracy. Small-r republican is someone who supports republicanism (as in non-monarchial government).

I can't wait for the election. Most Republicans will be in denial of the probability that the American people are going to elect Hillary as their President right up until it actually happens. Then their heads will explode.

Republicans have been trying to find the silver bullet that will slay the Clinton's for decades now. They will get ever more desperate as election day approaches. Extremely pathetic, but it isn't like they can win on policy.

As a foreigner frankly I don't care who you elect as long as it is not a republican :P. Especially the current crop of warmongers.

Clinton should have been elected president in 2008. She is (a lot) better than Obama.

My concern now is that she won't get it because there is not enough of a contest.

Of course. He's being purposely inflammatory, as I'm sure he would agree, probably aimed specifically at you and those like you who claim that it makes no difference or is a simple error. Turn the tables and how you protest.

I didn't protest; I pointed it out. I have not seen one poster ever complain about such obvious slurs. But somehow "democrat" is a grievous insult that must be protested and made the subject of signature lines. It's just funny to me is all.

I dont feel insulted by these kinds of things. They don't really even register as anything other than funny little jabs. Plus I don't really identify with Republican'ts on many issues besides fiscal ones.

So Democrats are republicans and Republicans are democrats?

I knew it! :)
