When was this? The policy here has always been a weird case of what the called "containment".

A few months after Reagan got shot in 1981. I was kind of celebrating. Then I found out he was going to live.

I'd remember the name of the street if I heard it again. It was a few blocks from a casino. That place made me nervous, it had a Roaring Twenties feel that I didn't like.

You need multiple layers or frames for an animation. Maybe something about where you're hosting it is removing the layers?

If the hosting site automatically resizes or optimises the image for filesize, it might reduce the image to a single layer as part of the process.

Good point. I know that GIMP always asks if you want to save as animation or merge them into one layer, but I suppose other image editing programs might not ask when you click on save or export.

Depends. There are legitimate benefits one could get from a pimp/madam. Promotion/advertising and security come to mind. A madam with a good client list does provide a benefit to a prostitute, the issue is one of relative value of their services.

Of course they should both be free to negotiate the value of such services.
