I don’t recall anyone claiming Hubble “found out cosmic backround radiation” but let’s do the same thing people did with what Hubble found, instead with your pushing/expanding notions. Namely run back the clock. So if your claims are that everything is expanding and pushing then everything is getting larger and further apart. So if we run back the clock on your assertion then everything gets smaller and closer together. With your assertion that space is eternal then we could go backwards without limit and everything gets infinity small and dense.

So much like your notion requires an expanding metric, to keep local distances (like say between me and my computer screen) constant as everything expands. We also get the same thing when we run the clock backwards as one would for the big bang, a universe that is extremely dense and small at some point in the past.
