No doubt there are Wahabi clerics in Saudi Arabia with axe to grind regarding the West and the USA. No dount there are sympathies in the House of Saud for Wahabi clerics - it is a Wahabi state. But as for all those details...
You are entitled to that opinion, and I am not saying you are wrong. I am sure though that Bob Graham MUST think you are wrong - that the 28 pages do NOT contain the evidence of treason, or else he wouldn't feel duty-bound not to reveal it all. I think in his opinion they reveal evidence of very poor policy decisions.

I am not sure Saudi Arabia, being a totalitarian state that prosecutes Christians and tramples on the rights of women and immigrants, ever pretended to be our friend.
Everybody has known all the time that they are merely business partners.
It has been a policy decision all along to let good business relations and the free flow of oil overrule objections based on poor human rights performance.
Besides, the royal house isn't a monolithic block. I believe I remember talk that the King had some members of his house, and close assiciates, killed as part of the 9/11 aftermath. Al Qaeda is not friends with the King, because of his close business and defense ties with the Great Satan.
