Near Death and Out of Body Experiences

I know you won't believe me but realty is far more fascinating and incredible then this fantasy world of non physical beings, NDE's, Knights of the round table, out of body vacations, and whatever else new age superstition you currently wrap yourself in.

This thread will continue for a little longer with the sum total of your argument being, "it's true, I said so!"

I knew the answer anyway, because I am vaguely familiar with British history and myth. I looked it up anyway just to be thorough. There was no King Arthur in the middle ages. There was no King Arthur at any time that might be mistaken for the middle ages. There has been no King Arthur going back as far as the record survives.

He's either telling a ******** story, or confused.

Actually those who travel out of body on a regular basis say life on Earth pales in comparison to the amazing dimensions and beings they have seen and met....not superstition....reality...

So he's telling the truth and somehow there is a missing King in the Middle Ages called Arthur doing all sorts of King Arthur-ish stuff who somehow left no written record what so ever? None of those busy monks ever wrote anything. He didn't build anything? There were no proclamations. He never communicated with any other Kings, or the Pope? No other countries were remotely interested in him?

And yet not one of them has ever come back with any information that they couldn't have gotten by having a vivid, but entirely fantastical, dream to throw in the sceptics faces. Those damned pure energy being not sharing any actual knowledge rather than non-testable new age nonsense.

Robert Monroe has provided a general description of what people traveling out of body will experience....from the inner rings of existence that surround the Earth to the outer rings and various beings that inhabit them. Many people who have traveled out of body have verified them....

I've got it.... in his past life, that actor was in fact another actor. His flashbacks start right after "action" and finish just before "cut". That's how come he thinks he's living during the time of a fictional King. Same with Lou Gossett Jr and his pirate harem.

The personality, the "mind's I", if you will, is an emergent property of a specific neurosystem. Without the neurosystem, there is nothing to support, or produce, the personality.

So, not actually useful testable stuff then? No "here's how you get make nuclear fusion a practical power source", or "the cure to HIV is X", or even "dark matter is blah, blah, blah". Just non-testable new age stuff about rings that are neither made from, nor interact with, matter or energy?
