Nah, we should call him a straw man, and a racist, and tell him which way to the CT. That seems to be the SOP by the cop haters here.
Then can we lynch him?

They were very quick to release video of the robbery.
Does the fact that this prosecutor chose to have this case presented before a grand jury mean that he personally believes that Wilson committed a crime?
No, it does not mean that. It may mean that. It may also mean that the prosecutor personally believes that it is politically necessary to bring the case to trial, and that he has enough evidence to convince a grand jury that such a step is worth taking. It could also mean that the prosecutor is agnostic about whether Wilson committed a crime, but that the prosecutor has enough evidence to convict him whether he committed a crime or not. It could also mean any number of other things about the personal beliefs of the prosecutor.
The nice thing about our justice system is that it recognizes that the prosecutor's personal beliefs, like those of the defense lawyer, are irrelevant to the case, and therefore the system includes processes designed to actively resist influence from his personal beliefs. Whatever you imagine his personal beliefs to be, I recommend you do the same.
What is the racial mix of the current grand jury?
Or are their IDs and descriptions held secret, like the proceedings?
It will also be a way of getting the legal process started, to get the crowds quieted down.
I see what I missed ... Thanks.

Yes, prosecutors would have loved the chance to show this to a judge. Strong-armed robbery with the return to intimidate the shopkeeper back into the store.
Unknown.
Yes.
I suspect these "crowds" have no interest in the legal process.
Seriously?!?It looks like the little guy starts it and the big guy reacts to that aggression.
Heavens to freaking Mergatroid, we've entered Topsy-turvy Land.It looks like the little guy starts it and the big guy reacts to that aggression.

That's probably how a lot of these extreme leftist cop haters see it. On another forum (Gawker), a serious poster justified his actions with, "he was being prevented from leaving", as if he had the right to exit the store with stolen goods and his violence toward the clerk was in self-defense.
Let's try to be fair.
These are folks who feel, rightly or wrongly, downtrodden by police.
Those demanding "justice" have undoubtedly felt like they backed the wrong horse to some extent, given the revelations about the deceased. But there's an obvious gang problem in the area based on the photos I've seen, and bad relations with those tasked with arresting problem citizens.
We need someone who can bring peace to the area and unify everyone behind peaceful social protest. I'm certain almost everyone in that town is appalled by the looting.
marplots didn't really write that post, right? It's such an egregious misreading of who the victim is in that store cam, it has to be a Poe.
Obviously, a voice of reason that could be heard by all the involved parties would be great.Let's try to be fair.

It has a bit of a Duke Lacrosse feel to it (except the accused party in this case most likely did at least something wrong), in that a community desperately wants a symbol to represent their grievences. I just don't think this is that case.
Anyway, I'd be glad to hear Bikewer is all right.

My guess is, he's fine and home sleeping off a long, somewhat stressful nights work. This mornings local news hasn't reported any police being seriously harmed through the night.
