This close encounter of a bigfoot on Vancouver Island with footage is the most convincing I've seen. Just when the entity walks passed a tree the sunlight shows the head and upper torso in detail. The red fur and conical shaped head can be clearly seen.

New Bigfoot Video from Canada

The witness claims that he was walking alone at the Strathcona Provincial Park on Vancouver Island when he had the unusual encounter.

“My walk was interrupted by a large rock thrown in my direction,” he says. “I scanned the area thinking it was kids but saw nothing, so I continued along. I only made it a few steps though before I heard a loud cracking sound, like a branch being snapped from a tree or something. I turned and spotted something moving in the foliage.”

The man, who didn't reveal his name, told Cryptozoology News that he didn't know who to turn to about the video.

LOL. No idea what to do with a Bigfoot video.

My walk was interrupted by a large rock thrown in my direction...

I raised my arms and let out a yell, thinking it was a bear and hoping to scare it off...

LOL. A bear threw a rock. No wait, it's a Bigfoot!

Shorter than I'd imagine, looks like a dude in a redish-brown hoodie and a cameraman who can't hold still. That's the best?

People have been searching for Bigfoot evidence on this island ever since Bigfoot became a fun fantasy hobby. But if giant dragonflies eat all the Bigfoot dung then...

Does it seem to others here that bigfoots always walk from left to right? I wonder if all bigfoots are right handed. That could be another thing Moneymaker et al could add to the marvelous list of stuff known about bigfoot/sasquatch.

Just sayin....

Freeman and Marx both filmed right-to-left Bigfoots. Nobody has proven those to be fakes after decades and decades and decades.

I go with the guy in a hoodie, too. And a fringe of darker hair poking out from under it in front.

I think it's a hoax and the guy is wearing a Bigfoot costume. The cameraman and the costumed actor are the hoaxers.

A random hiker wearing a hoodie did not heave a rock at another random hiker.

I think it's this costume here which can be rented...

A guy alright. A male giant dragonfly in a bigfoot costume wearing a hoodie with the clasper poking out.

That suit is too dark for a start. They need to make a light tan color as well.

The video footage also shows the muscle definition on the upper back. This wouldn't be visible in a fake suit. Some video processing is needed to stabilize the footage from the shaken up lone walker who'd just had a close encounter.

That's not musculature, it's the long segmented abdomen between the hoodie and the costume moving around.

You can see muscle definition? Can you take a screenshot, you must be looking at a different video than I am.

Here is the direct link to the YouTube video. I suggest you switch to 1080p resolution and go full screen. Right around 0:16 - 0:18 is where you will see the black face with shiny black forehead. I'm fairly certain that it is the costume I showed above.

Spiracles.

So much expertise. So few credentials.

How typically figbootish.

Mr. Lowey, I question your judgement if you think that bit of video is an excellent representation of an actual Bigfoot in the wild.

I see the fake camera shake a la Roger Patterson.

I see the gimpy walk a la Marx

Both of their videos were better however.
