The English Premier League is to sue video-sharing site YouTube for alleged copyright infringement.
The football organisation said YouTube had "knowingly misappropriated" its intellectual property by encouraging footage to be viewed on its site.

Interesting case since unlilke Viacom the Premier League is not a content disributer and would probably be quite happy to sell it's content to youtube for the right price (say £100 million+ for use of highlights) but for some reason it isn't takeing that route.
