Jack Stratton is hardly a loony, as anyone who cares to research his case can see. But I wouldn't expect you bigots to ever acknowledge that. I just hope they don't come for YOUR kids one day...

Shanek, when your kids turn 18, don't be surprised if they "disappear" in the same way. I know I would the second I was a legal adult.

Does anyone else see an Occam's Razor application in this thing?

Well, now you've just crossed the line over to LIAR. One of Stratton's kids turned 18, and is now living with his parents again.

Another one if his kids turned 18 earlier this year, but DSS is refusing to turn him over. They claim that he's mentally unfit, although they refuse to turn over their evidence or let him be examined by Stratton's lawyer's psychiatrist. Odd that this kid just happens to be the one that was sexually abused in foster care, and who would be testifying against DSS if emancipated...

It's odd that this guy has his children kidnapped, and instead of calling the police, he puts up a website. Why do I not doubt that he molested them?

I have followed the case from the beginning. I have read the legal briefs, transcripts, and judgements, at least, the ones that the DSS didn't insist on having sealed. I've also followed the Stratton kids as they've basically done everything to prove that their education was not neglected, such as winning the Union County spelling bee and going on to place fifth overall in the state of South Carolina, or doing as well on the standardized tests as the top 5% of Mecklenburg County students. I listened as WBT radio reported it, suspicious at first but when Stratton came into the studio with an armload of paperwork to prove that what he said was true started covering it in great detail and reporting the facts that show undeniably that DSS is a corrupt, out-of-control governmet organization. Amazing that it was very soon after that that DSS insisted on the gag order...

...now, exactly what evidence do you have that he's "mentally ill"?

Occam says you go with the simplest explanation consistent with the evidence. And all of the available evidence goes against DSS.

Odd, since, out of all the charges DSS levied against him, not a SINGLE ONE of them says he molested his kids. (One of them was, however, molested in the foster home.) You're NOT in this for any kind of rational debate; you only want to insult and belittle and degrade every Libertarian you come across to boost your pathetic ego and to compensate for the fact that you can't argue with us rationally.
 
Why are Libertarians considered loony? I mean, I'm libertarian and my reason is because I would like the government to keep out of my business. Since when is wanting freedom a bad thing?

Why doesn't he call the police if his kids are kidnapped? Of course he wants them back - he doesn't have any to molest if he doesn't.
