"The (US Supreme) court this morning struck down laws in New York and Michigan that banned shipments of wine from other states. In all, 24 states have laws barring interstate shipments of wine."
When I worked for a small California winery some years ago, I worked very hard to help get this issue in front of the court. I'm so glad that it finally worked its way through the system.
Anyone here have a favorite "boutique" wine that they can't find locally? Now you can order it direct from the winery, no matter where you live!
