Because back in early 2008, God sent this guy a prophetic dream about a young pitcher at a baseball game throwing a curve ball over the plate that was caught by a catcher wearing an oversized mitt, whereupon the Lord told the person having the dream "When the nation has been thrown a curve ball, I will have a man prepared who comes from the state of Michigan and he will have a big mitt capable of catching whatever is thrown his way."

I am not making this up.

There is no liberal party right now. At least not one with a chance. The democrats are conservative lately.

The republicans? They're some weird mix of theocrat and plutocrat.

So, true conservatism? Not gonna happen, especially not from anywhere you think it's from.
 
In 2009 I had a prophetic dream set in an army barracks.

Well, not so much prophetic as erotic, but I still think its a clear indication from the gods that Barack Obama is their choice for president.
 
But does Romney have a big mitt? He is a Mitt, no doubt about that, but that's not what the vision said, is it?
 
Everyone knows the only sport God follows is cricket. He'd never send a baseball metaphor. He'd have sent a dream saying that when America was caught leg before wicket, a batsman would smack a googly to the sides for four runs. And being American, the dream recipient would chalk the dream up to eating too much fried food before bed and dismiss the whole thing.
