Who is Bill O'Reilly's substatue host?

I just caught the tail end of the BO'Re's radio show and there was a substitute host that I enjoyed (at least the five minutes I listened to him). I didn't catch the name. Anyone know who is and have more info about him?

Whats strange is that when bill is not there, thsi guy fills in. Why doesnt he let his chick sidekick do the show without him.

That's the one. Someone did refer to him as "Judge" and last name sounds familiar considering I wasn't paying attention when he said his name.
