Shortly after the election, Hillary will make him First ex-husband? Now that she's elected, dump the excess baggage.

No, I don't think she will do that. Hillary and Bill are like Franklin and Eleanor. At times they actively loathe each other but they also realize they need each other to do the things they want to do. Hillary is probably pissed that Bill didn't have the good grace to kick off.
