Wacky Michael Jackson Fans Claim "That's Not Michael"

Sorry, I only managed to get to "The souls of Michael's fans are still weeping and they may never heal." before I couldn't make anything else out on the screen for the generous coating of my own vomit. Since Elvis is still being sighted around the globe, I'll bet the MJ conspiracies will be around for at least as long as he himself was. And the testimonies have certainly convinced me!!!

What a depressing thought. I hadn't considered the future of "sightings", which will no doubt go on for decades. Yikes.

I don't think they are claiming he is still alive. They are claiming that it's not him in the movie (and presumably it wouldn't have been him in concert, had he lived).

It seems that what they we're claiming is that the "powers that be" let him die, pushed him too far, to get this film made so they could rake in a bunch of doe. It's a lame conspiracy and as a Michael Jackson fan, it makes me angry.

Couldn't they have gone deer hunting to do that?

To be honest they seem genuine fans concerned before his death, and angry afterwards. I say leave them be.
Im sure people wern't after MJ's best interests but it is Show Business. (Doctors are a whole different ballpark though, that borders on insane the way they geive prescriptions out to celebs)

If thats not him in the film then that guy is going to make an absolute fortune as a MJ impersonator.

Did you see this from the link

Plus my dreams, come true like 60% of the time, and I had a dream two nights ago, and I believe it was July 20, 2012 or July 2013, I was watching the news after getting home from work because I wanted to check the weather for the next day. And I turned the TV on and headlines on every news channel said 'Michael Jackson: ALIVE!'

I'm a fact and sign taker, and these are pretty big signs, and pretty big facts. Facts that alot of people missed. I look for facts, and if im working a case, or trying to, i don't stop till i have an answer.

WOW, this guy would make a great 911 truther.

Actually, it's likely not far from the truth. The "let him die" language is a bit harsh, but the fact that this is a guy who was likely rarely (if ever) said "no" to, it's not out of the realm of probable that a lot of people didn't intervene when they by all rights should have, especially since it seems Jackson did have some health problems.

This is actually a danger to celebrities of Jackson's stature. The lack of dissenting opinion in one's life leads to bad decisions a lot quicker than life with the normal cognitive and operational speed bumps. Take those speed bumps away and people can dig their own graves, sometimes literally.

The souls of Michael Jackson fans need a few eons in Purgaroty to cleanse them of their idolatry.

Just sayin'

Well, yeah, I agree with that (in principle), but the type of situation where someone is only surrounded by yes-men (and, particularly, yes-men who wish to profit) is a real one. Heck, it's not all that uncommon in the political arena (Dubya definitely faced it, at least for a time).

From the OP link:

In the weeks leading up to Michael Jackson’s death, while this footage was being shot, people around him knew that he looked like he might have died.

How drolly appropriate for this Hollow Weenie season.

Maybe this will help the fans decide...

It's from today's Observer TV preview - the programme is due to air on Friday, the 6th.

I particularly like the way they have added a new category to the lst (Documentary, Drama, Reality etc) - Unreality :D

Oh man, I give mad props to the newspaper. You have to print it, but that choice of categorization... brilliant.
