I received this registered mail in February. It has no address, phone number or any other way of contacting the person. If you are Vilma Della Rocca, please get in touch. We have no way to contact you.

For the record, the rules state that the applicant is supposed to enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. Very few do, though obviously doing so would alleviate problems like this one.

Following my previous letter dated 17th October 2005 which remained without response by you, I ask you to tell me something about the test that I have descripted in the above mentioned letter.

Infact I have observed all the rules of the Staus of Claimant that you addressed to me and particularlry I enclosed my signature legalized by a public notary, but although I sent you my first letter three months ago I have no yet received a reply.

Please tell me something about the claim that I explained to you with my previous letter, according to the rules that I subscripted.
