Use ancient knowledge to eliminate jet lag.

It's obvious. The ancients didn't have jets, but the aliens who contacted the ancients did, and they left this cure, knowing we would need it in a millenium or so. :D
 
They travelled by astral projection.

That's a looooot of jetlag, going from Alpha Centauri to here...
 
you bloody closed minded skeptics, the historical record clearly shows that the ancients did not suffer from Jet-lag, so of course they had a natural cure for it, how else do you explain the data? Huh?
 
There are people who take stories from Vedic myth at face value, suggesting that "Flying carriages" of the Hindu Avatars were actually spacecraft.

There is no story so simple that someone will not find a complex explanation.
