In Norway, we have a state church and a priest as prime minister. However, if the government decided to fund a project like this, they would never hear the end of it!

Highlighting the extreme lack of medical ethics involved in experimenting on patients without their knowledge. Any hospital willing to conduct human experiments without consent of the patient should have their staff and policies reviewed by an ethics committee.
