Uri Geller making Youtube pull down James Randi's criticism?

The youtube video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9w7jHYriFo ) of Randi criticizing Geller was pulled offline with a notice "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Explorologist LTD."

I typed "Explorologist" into google and got 9 hits. The only relevant hits link to urigeller.com.

On a side note, before that video was pulled offline it was viewed 133,556 times.
 
Not at all surprising. Who uploaded it in the first place? Does Randi and crew actually own the copyright? Sites like YouTube usually pull videos without investigating any copyright claims.

Are the Anti-Sylvia videos next?

This is my video of a close up on Geller bending a key with me superimposing and highlighting the 'bend' showing that he was XXXXX! (oh.. yes. OK.. Uri Geller gets his power from the Heavens. He would never cheat I'm sure. OK?) Hmmm, Geller is still Geller after all these years, doing anything he can to stop criticism.

Exact same notice: "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Explorologist LTD." He was also trying to get his recent TV show cheating off youtube as well.

That's not good enough, I'm afraid.

Yeah, he may have invented the word (but, knowing his history, I wouldn't trust Uri Geller if he said the Earth was round), but that doesn't prove that he is behind the company.




...why do I have a feeling this has something to do with JREF's new focus on the big shots (Geller being one of them)?

I know, and I admit that you are probably right.

But I need evidence. Conjunction is not enough.

If Uri Geller tries to go legal on this, we better be damned sure what we are doing.

Evidence is the thing Uri Geller fears most.
