No, make that TWO problems - the governing body seems to consist of Professor Archie Roy and self-professed psychic Trisha Robertson, who run a University of Glasgow adult education course called An in-depth study of psychical research:

During this Day Gary Mannion will teach about such things as:

WTF?! This party game is hundreds of years old (it was mentioned by Samuel Pepys in his Diary and was known to medieval girls as "Flying St Katherine"). There is nothing mysterious about the levitation effect - when the weight of a human being is distributed between four people acting in unison, even if they use only two fingers each, he or she is easy to lift. Not only is Gary ignorant of the most basic physics, he's spreading ignorance and charging £45 per person for doing so. Other highlights of the day:
Protection: Learn your own way of protecting yourself when you come to do spiritual work.

Pendulums: How to use pendulums to: Answer questions, Dowse, find Crystals, find People, Clear energies

Psycometry: Learn to read the energy from an object, person, place, drawing and interpret that energy into information.

It's amazing how often a woo merchant can use the word "energy" without understanding what it means.

Psychic Readings: Learn to see into the past, present and possible future of a person.

Guide Readings: Like Mediumship except you bring in guides rather then loved ones who have passed over.
