My take on the truthers questions at the NIST WTC7 report news briefing. Not my best effort to date, but I did get in Dr. Sunder's zinger to the truthers at the end.

 
LOL. I love how he told that idiot to read the damn report and THEN ask questions. I guarantee you those twoofers did not read a single page of that report before asking their questions about it.

There's a YouTube video where the infowar douches claim that when the lights went out NIST was acutally trying to cut the 'reporter' douche's microphone.

I would have had a sand bag or a Monty Python 5 ton weight fall on the douche's head for a finale but I can't do special effects like that on my computer.

I see. You know, I didn't even notice the light went out. Maybe I was not looking, which I doubt, but I actually got a kook guy who made a video in response to the presentation. It was the first time it was brought up. Of course he doesn't see anything wrong with the way the infowars tard ranted on but only with the NIST people cutting the douche's mic.

Maybe you want to take over for me. It's bed time in little Germany. Maybe I got something wrong and you can correct me. That guy seems to have been in the kook realm for quite some time though.

That first question is just... wow...

So... if, say, 500lbs. of explosives couldn't do the job as observed, but 0lbs. of explosives could "do the job", then the truth must lie somewhere in between!

I'm not trying to be judgmental or anything, but that kind of video seems like stooping to their level. I know it's in good fun and all and is a good laugh, but still. No doubt that guy from infowars is indeed a douche. And of course the crackpots are going to see it as them avoiding the issue instead of as a jerk trying to use a question and answer time to steel camera time and promote his own website.

Lighten up, fella. I've stated my position on truthers here before. They deserve all the scorn, ridicule and contempt they can get for their public behavior but should be left alone in their homes and private lives.

If you go to a public news briefing and act like a douche, you’re gonna catch some flack for it.

If you think this was stooping to their level, check out some of Troy from West Virginia's videos like this one (though, to be fair, even he’s not too proud of that particular effort).

These guys aren't going to understand anything that isn't presented in youtube video or powerpoint form.
