The message is clear: Latinos and Blacks have no place in Trump's America. No doubt a FInal solution to the problem is in the works.
And to do this while a Category 4 Hurricane is bearing down on Texas.

Yes. That's really the gist of it. It's not Trump's White Nationalism at work. The only concept in his mind is do you praise me? All that matters to him is approbation. Those who give it to him get his favor above all other considerations: above justice, above injustice. He's not even a racist. He's a Trumpist.
