CNN.com Pentagon: Terror trials to resume

It seems that there is a process in place after all, we've merely been waiting for the courts to decide if it's a legal process or not.

An interesting note: one of the trials slated to resume is that of Australian David Hick's. Rummy made the announcement at a joint press conference with Australian PM John Howard. I can only assume this means that the Australian government feels that the trials are legal as well.

Judge Roberts was on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals that reversed the District Court ruling. Roberts is the new SCOTUS nominee announced last night.
