To what agency do I report this?

I followed a link to an ion ray gun from this weblog entry thinking it just a hoot. I recognized the site as one on which I'd seen a sonic gun of some kind. But, today, I decided to poke around the site, and saw a "medicine" link. Following that link, I discovered they were hawking a Rife Machine scam. The site operators are claiming that it will cure anything from cancer to a 21-day cure for HIV!

Now, a simple Google search indicates that other countries have fought battles over this damned thing.

To what agency do I report this in the U.S. so that I can get it the site operators properly censured?

I'm leaving shortly for my holiday weekend, but I'll be contacting these agencies as soon as I return. I cannot abide fraud, particularly fraud that endangers lives...

Edit to add: Forget all that! I couldn't wait, and I filled out the FDA form just a moment ago. This is a disgusting practice, and I can't enjoy my holiday knowing I'm just procrastinating about contacting the proper authorities. Again, I thank you for your assistance.
