I watched my first "Through the Wormhole" episode last night on time travel. What do others think of the series? I was underwhelmed. Pizzas and cartoonish figures with hammers, and a whole lot of "If this were true, then that would be true and time travel might be possible," etc. Is it worth watching again?

I enjoyed the show. I don't think it was aimed at the scientifically fluent. It's more of a "Grab the attention of the scientifically inept" kind of thing.

I watched (will watch) it a few years ago (from now), with my buddy John Titor.

Trying to watch this online was intolerable. It's broken down into 1 and 2 minute segments that end. Then you have to click on the next one and watch another 30 second commercial.

Absolutely intolerable!!!!

Pity. I would have liked to have watched some of the newer information on the discoveries about matter put into layperson's terms.

Agreed, except for the end of one of the episodes. Forgive me, the two episodes I watched, I was on hydrocodone so...wow man! On the Black Hole episode,
I was able to grasp most of it, based on what I've read. I got the whole relativity aspect of two seperate points of observation but once he made that jump to refections of events on the edge of the universe, I felt like my brain fell into a black hole.

If anyone could explain that in layman's terms, that would be super!
