Think of the children!!!

I haven't seen this (streaming media is a banned category) but I was in the library at my university once, in the "cubes" area. There was a guy who was leaning over and looking under the table at what appeared to be a nylon-wearing girl who had kicked her shoes off and put them up on a chair next to her. The guy starts bouncing up and down rythmically, and it's obvious what's going on. I move a bit, and he sits up and stares at me, trying to stare me down as if I just happened to look over there. I mean, I like crankin' one off to pretty girls and their body parts as much as the next guy, but doin' it in public is goin' just a little too far.
