Because the "*Teabaggers" will be the people making the accusations tomorrow. Or so my prediction goes.

This whole thing seems odd. The bomb attempt almost seems intentionally "sloppy". Not really sure what that might mean, if anything.

Yeah, you may be right. I just thought if you were going to the trouble to do something like this, you would make a more serious effort (than what this sounds like) to make it work. Of course, I may be thinking too much. ;)

At this point, I don't think we can be sure there is a "these people". It might have just been some lone nut who forgot to watch Mr. Wizard as a kid.

Remember that some of the 1993 WTC bombers were stupid enough to try to get back their deposit on the truck they rented to blow up the towers. And they were not funny guys, even though we can agree they were idiots.

Which means, you have to go back up that insidious ladder and do it again.

With luck, The Jonas Brothers or Miley Cyrus will be blaring on crappy speakers in the back ground.

And everywhere is the background.

And corn dogs are $2.99

And you have to drive through rush hour traffic to get home in time to convince your mate that you aren't having an affair?

I know what it means. I know exactly what it means. Barry's poll numbers are dropping, eco-terrorists blew up an oil rig while the White House publicly supported off-shore drilling, so the Dems are scrambling. Obama says, "Hey, I'll call up one of my old Paki friends" and then they stage this "attack." Rally-around-the-flag effect kicks in and Barry's numbers go up.
 
Why are they calling him a Pakistani when he was a naturalised US citizen?
 
From what I've read, commercial fireworks, 2 jugs of gasoline and 2 propane tanks from the Home Depot doesn't exactly match the established M.O. of Al Qaeda.

Looks to me more like somebody who wanted to make the news with a big 'bombing' show.

This is a very similar poor attempt to the Glasgow Airport bombing.
