RANT! Variety is the spice of life. It's lovely to see so many people addressing the same goddamn subject is so many ways.


OK, so it seemed like there were more at the time.

It seems to me I'd kind of enjoy the prospect of my death being discussed in such a broad array of venues no matter what the attitude.

Well, we are talking about a man who was a pain in the backside on so many different levels. You can not like him for his:

  • irresponsible religious views.
  • irresponsible political views.
  • irresponsible social views.
  • manipulation of the gullible.

How do you sum up all that in just a single thread?

I guess it's kind of a celebration as much as anything else, like shooting fireworks up into the sky.

You know, I didn't think David Swidler was all THAT bad. But, maybe I just didn't read enough of his posts to realize how really awful he was. Anyhow, can I have his stuff?
