I literally saw this today, and was thinking about putting it up here.

Max is (dare I say it?) GOD!
 
Ya know, the only reasonable conclusion I can come to about this reality is that it's a "growing pool" for people past the transhumanist omega point, whereing new people are grown the old fashioned way to let them know just how bad things can be, maybe to prevent problems with people "formed" in some new manner open to them where they wouldn't experience things in this life.

In my wilder moments, I do. I further imagine people like that probably get thrown back into the recycler. I hope so, anyway.

Duuuuuuuuude

I would so totally do that. Once I get beyond the omega point, I am totally setting up a Stone Age world to mold.
