I hate to be judgemental of a kid's effort. It's ok. I think it would work much better for Al Gore or Kerry since they are known as robotic.

I think it wouuld get more laughs if he put Bush's head on the tops of chimps...or make him a pupet with strings controled by Cheney. Hey, you could make Bush a remote controled robot and it would be funny. You would have to show Cheney holding the controler though.

In any event, depending on his age I would give the effort a C to a B. Not really funny though but that is JMO. God knows I'm not the arbitor of humor.

Well, now that you've mentioned it, his mode of speech does sound an awful lot like an Eliza program...
 
From the description alone I could deduce that he is not only a robot, he's an extraterrestrial robot, that came to Earth in a flying saucer. His species has in fact been reported before, not by any old fool, but by the well respected Inspector Cruchot from St. Tropez, France in 1979.
