OK, time to get organized. Meta-organized.

There are a lot of plans flying around, so I thought we'd better collate the various activities in one thread. This thread is not meant for discussion about specific events, it is merely meant as a rallying point for all non-session activities.

We'll set up rendezvous points (A, B, C...) in various places in the lobby, so people will know where to gather before they go.

I've seen the following activities mentioned, but haven't seen any firm contact/time info. Please PM/post if you are in charge, or have a new activity.

 
Wednesday night I am going to, and would like to organize a very very drunk trip on over to the Double Down Saloon to see a live band and visit the coolest dirtiest bar in Vegas. I would love some company! Here are some reviews Figure it will be a good way to break some ice with you fellow skeptics.

I wonder what exactly ass juice is? Some LV insider joke or an actual good shot? Either way I will find out 1/17/07!

Would love for you (larsen) to throw this event in your spreadsheet post!

b) Double Down with Overman

c) JREF Members visit the Double Down Saloon to get drunk and punk rock.

Oh, I had missed this part of your post (green highlight is mine). The Meteor Crater Visit is likely to be part of The Monument Valley Visit. The hole is right in the way to MV.
