I saw that too a couple of days ago, and decided to make one myself. So here's one of a street in Copenhagen.

It's not difficult, just import a color picture in Photoshop or alike, then invert the colors, place a dot in the center and export it to a compressed image format, then invert it again and set the mode to black and white. Then export again and take both pictures into an app that can make a mouse rollover script for you, like Dreamweaver or Frontpage (or do it in notepad).

There, magic color illusion.

It would be best to have the dot in the center of the picture to saturate the receptors in the whole viewing field.

Heck, you can do this with just about anything. For example your flag. Find the opposite colours of your flag and make it into the proper pattern, then place it above a white piece of paper, and follow the trick instructions.
