"The History Boys" - Thoughts?

I recently watched The History Boys movie, and was curious what other people thought of either the film or the stage play. I understand the key themes remained fully intact, as the cast, writer, and director remained exactly the same.

I will refrain from my own thoughts on the movie, as I don't want to the skew the thread from the get-go.

Saw the movie. Meh. Didn't do much for me. Lots of drama about stuff that I didn't find the least bit compelling. Doesn't hold a candle to Dead Poets Society.
