Spinal flossing is just a cute way of saying Back Bone Management. The analogy is that you floss on a regular basis to keep your teeth healthy, so visit your chiropractor regularly to keep your body healthy.

Most of their business is from convincing people to make regular appointments, otherwise (they say) your health will deteriorate. I’ve known people who were convinced that if they had a headache, it was because they skipped their chiropractor visit for the month.
