I keep running across conspiracy debates around the net, and I always take the time to research the net for rebuttals to the conspiracy theories. I have found excellent sites debunking the conspiracy folk, but I typically don't save the links. I will now start adding good sites to this post as a place to reference good sites debunking the CT's. This should be great for other's who are simply looking for good information too.

Great Site on The Pentagon and whether or not it was a Boeing 757:

Good article !
Then there are the kooks who read a webpage about flying and spend the next few months proving their inability to understand that not everything pilots know is on the net..

I have a large list of sites, but I can't post links yet. I'll get back to this when I can.

Not the most comprehensive article, but lots of good links and references.

There's a decent set of debunking links in the appendix of my loose change doc:

and I've posted these here before but what the hay:

In this article, the author, Anne Elizabeth Powell, describes in detail how civil engineers quickly mobilized and led the efforts to evaluate not only the performance of the structures involved in the two assaults but also the vulnerability of the nation's infrastructure to future attacks in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon:

Once I can start posting links photos etc. hopefully I'll be able to add more, but here is a link to some great videos that show the damage to building 7

If you look carefully within all of the smoke, you'll be able to see a gash running down the building.
Its a CT site, but it has some good videos

thewebfairy (dot) com/911/7/Bld7 (dot) mov
thewebfairy (dot) com/911/7/wtc_plusrubble (dot) mov

Another CT site that I use often is terrorize(dot)dk/911/

So when they point to flashes from the collapse you can look at closer videos from different angles.
...And then find out it's only the aluminum siding falling down.
